One Box of Fudge has become one of Gosport’s most uplifting community success stories – a home‑kitchen fundraiser run by Paul Lees that has raised more than £25,000 for over 58 local charities.

What began as a single homemade Christmas gift has grown into a twice‑weekly operation, with Paul and his husband Andy delivering thousands of boxes across the borough.

Known affectionately as “the fudge man,” Paul creates small‑batch flavours that locals love, using every sale to support food banks, youth groups, veterans’ charities and families in crisis. Warm, joyful and entirely community‑powered, One Box of Fudge has become a sweet force for good in Gosport.
